Acacia's Memories

After a tiring day, but full of beautiful love that Bandung Bondowoso presented to us. We went to the next destination, Songgolangit. This place is peculiarly large, probably because the area is literally in the middle of a jungle. It actually have a variety of attraction, ranging from a spot full of cute rabbits to a great panoramic landscape of mountains kissing the sky. This place still gives me nightmares sometime, endless of hiking pathway to get to the panoramic place was hell. However, every single step that I took that day was worth it. The wind I felt when I finally reach the top was refreshing, but then my phone rings. Yeah.... The teachers are apparently already looking for me. I was so frustrated, like seriously I just got here and now I need to leave? So, I just took a couple pictures. Hoping I can revisit the freedom of skies, even only from a picture that I load on my computer.

Two things that shouldn't be together, but It still works anyway. A 3-day trip full of new understandings about how cultural rich Indonesia is. It was a total catastrophic, from the bus have a leak from the air conditioner to a friend searching quest. However, It was memorable and made some memories that I'll cherish for the future come. There are some memories that I managed to freeze and made into photograph. I want to keep it here, for my sake, for that feeling that once lived inside me. First stop was Candi Prambanan, the largest Hindu temple site in Indonesia. I found myself mesmerized by the beauty of the temple. Also, I found myself in disbelief. A temple site that humongous made in the ninth century? I can't resist my curiosity to dug deeper about this place. What I could find was the legend behind the creation of this beautiful temple. Betrayal of love by Roro Jonggrang and a heartbroken man named Bandung Bondowoso. Maybe that's why the temple site is humongous...
